Collaboration with SAAB for onboard AI image processing

Spacemetric and PandionAI are collaborating in a project with SAAB Dynamics to demonstrate miniature onboard systems for image processing and AI. The project is co-financed by the Swedish government’s national strategic innovation programme for aeronautics, Innovair.

The focus of the INNOSAAB project is onboard solutions for processing large volumes of image data to detect and identify other aircraft. In this context, Spacemetric and PandionAI are providing new software capabilities for SAAB’s airborne sensor platforms and their data ground stations with the goal of strengthening their competitive advantage.
